Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Dare to Lead Program will grant refunds using the following time schedule. A $250 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds.

  • Written notice received 90 days prior to the first day of the training – Full refund
  • Written notice received 60 days prior to the first day of the training – 75% of training cost
  • Written notice received 30 days prior to the first day of the training –  50% of training cost
  • Written notice received 15 days prior to the first day of the training –  25% of training cost
  • No shows and cancellation notices given within 15 days of the first day of the training will result in a forfeiture of registration fees.

All refunds will be issued within 15 business days of receiving a written request.

THE DARE TO LEAD™ TRANSFER POLICY

The Dare to Lead Program will transfer your registration to an upcoming training event based on the following requirements:

  • Written request to transfer registration must be received 30 days prior to the training event.
  • Registration must be open for the upcoming event to which you wish to be transferred.
